It is defined infonovación as the management of the information
that provides the existing knowledge to us in the proper one
company and in his environment focused on the progress of his
competitive position across the managerial innovation.

Information has always existed, but the introduction of
new information technologies it has allowed us
to manage the big quantity of information that were
isolated in the different operational departments of
company and in his persons, what generates a knowledge
of indisputable value, which constitutes a tool
competitive, key for the decision making in the direction
of the company and it constitutes a mechanism that it allows
to share the information in his different levels.

Therefore, to be able to handle this information will allow us to continue
an innovative managerial strategy that was helping us to
to decide on our products and services, with ours
clients and providers, to react to our competition,
to be anticipated to the changes that are taking place in
market, in our organization, in his structure, in
available technology, the productive processes, etc.

The history of the companies has come marked by his capacity
of innovation on the market, big companies they have come
below for not being able to adapt his organization or react
on the market before the changes that took place in that one
moment, and on the contrary small-scale enterprises have gone
developing an innovative strategy in his management that they
it has allowed to grow and to turn into leaders of his sector.

In any case, to ignore the innovation in
different internal or external aspects of the company in one
environment as changeable as the current one, he is condemning of
antemano to the defeat to the above mentioned company.

exchange of experiences, knowledge and opinions

3. - To Detect, to make use and to generate the opportunities for
to innovate and this way to improve his competitive position, looking
new business models, analyzing the tendencies of
market and his environment... in order to reorganize and to re-design
our business and to create more value. We must think in
to innovate in our products and services, since the market
it is more and more competitive.

Also it is possible to establish an alerts system on
basic points that they affect to our competitiveness as
loss of market share of some of our products
or services, increase of stocks, loss of productivity
for employee - year, dissatisfaction of the personnel, etc.

In conclusion the infonovación is the tool that us
it will allow our company to grow and to bring us one
major guarantee and safety in his future. It does not talk each other so much
of following a manual of innovation that it should indicate us like
we must manage and organize the company but use
information that provides us continuously ours
proper company and the environment in which it is unrolled for
to identify and to exploit opportunities and ideas that they allow
to improve our position competititiva on the market.

that a subliminal message cannot be identified
verbally. Therefore, it is a very subjective concept and

The first practices of subliminal publicity of which

North American (I do not remember his name) was affirming that "it is not

to be afraid of this type of practices, since the publicity
it is an only one method of promoting the ideas, products or
services of the companies". He kept on saying that"
consumers it is supposed that they are rational beings and not

The companies have the following challenges as regards the management
of buys using Internet:

· To know the opportunities that Internet and the Piece of news
Technologies it offers in the field of buys management.
· To re-define the business processes related with
buys management considering the providers to be one
piece more of his chain of value.
· To align the targets of clients and providers having
in account that different managerial cultures have, different
interests, different resources, etc.
· To attack the important investments so much in
personnel as in technology

Also, the figure of the e-marketplaces, since it is verified
after the caused expectations are not fulfilled,
they have also important threats as the following ones:

· Critical mass. In a survey realized by AT Kearney,

Some days ago, in conversation supported with one
