Article 1: The Internet conquest

Every time there is more light at the end of the tunnel, Internet is to
point of stopping having secrets, since every time we know
more of this new channel and the more one knows the less
differences we find with any other channel like
it might be with the radio, the press, the television, or with
any other sector of the economy.

These affirmations are not free, so if we analyze
the natural evolution of the companies that have been created
and developing from this new way, we see that
there exist some points that begin being a common rule,
it might affirm that it has already gone over on the Internet "West"
and many have already been established there to remain, now
we enter a new stage in which the companies they have
of evolving with the peculiarities of this new sector,
that must mature with its own characteristics. What
we do not know yet it is great on as it will be this
development or evolution, that is to say that business models
they will be those who conquer definitely this new "ground",
since we must still happen for a stage in which
define the business models that were working in Internet,
since the existing ones at present, it can that not
work in one year, six months or simply one
pair of months, and must evolve, also they will continue
appearing companies with a clear vision of the future and
be able to react to the changes that take place.

But there are aspects that begin being defined, like that
Internet, as the rest of sectors begins being
conquered by the big managerial groups and the big one
capital. Every time they remain less hollow for the children
independent projects, but, the same does not happen in
the rest of sectors the real economy, where they keep on arising
new entrepreneurs but from market niches
not covered by the big companies.

An example is what happens with the big cake that
he will suppose the business between companies, the B2B, this one wants to be
cornered by companies endorsed by groups of which
his alone name indicates the support that they have behind him,
as Telephone "Adquira", BBVA, Repsol, with the support
technological of Ariba... another example, informed "Opciona"
for Endesa and PricewaterhouseCoopers with the support
technological of Commerce One, we even can reduce
the level of managerial power and we come to Areab2b initiative
endorse for Internet Wave... of course initiatives exist
that although of minor importance they are trying
to do a hollow to him in this one already competitive segment of
market, like Plasticsarea, Consumalia, etc. But
big initiatives commented previously try
to corner the market of the business between companies in all
sectors and they are not going to curtail resources and his influences
for it.

To begin the first thing that is needed so that it works
in these moments a Marketplace like the described ones, is
very much cardinal that allows you to have an army of
TV/radio commercials who visit straight companies and convince them
of the benefits that this one would bring him and decide to take part
on his market. It is tactical also they can realize it
small initiatives that surgan in this type of business, but
that happens if one enters a struggle of margins fit and
prices, here the big groups can reduce more prices
and to last more on the market while the kidlings
initiatives are burned.

or for traditional companies that want to begin a piece of news
it ventures penetrating into this new way, which is Internet.
Not further at all of the reality, what it spends is that we return
to come to the point of origin previous to Internet, there will be
business opportunities, not satisfied demands,
market hollows, etc. etc. that will allow to make use of them
to entrepreneurs or pymes that propose it, always
that for the way since it happens sometimes, are not absorbed
for a big managerial group. Anyway they will have to
to be right in his managerial vision, in the creativity of his
initiative, in the differentiation of his project and in
position for that they look in the market.

Also there will always be sectors where the demand will be
covered by many not so big companies for
peculiarities and typical of many markets.
In a brief revision to sectors like that of the motorcar, aviation,
maritime transport, the banking, the chemical industry,
pharmacist, Hoteles, Distribution, hardware Manufacturers
and software, etc. In these sectors we know that today in
there exist day a few barriers of entry in the market
enormous and it needs slightly more than a group of persons
with illusion to enter them. Nevertheless in the middle of
these sectors coexist small and medium enterprises
that are the majority in number, and that constitute one
authentic chandelier cloth about the big groups,
from the auxiliary industry, final distributors,
intermediaries, etc. the same happens in the sector services,
consultancy, professional offices, studies, you obtain
and a length etc.

In Internet it will not spend a lot of time and we will see this one himself
I already design enough planned at present, big
groups that dominate important market segments
but in turn surrounded with small-scale enterprises that support him
in complementary or superfluous activities for these
big groups, that is to say out of his central activities,
in the middle of all this managerial ecosystem they will continue
arising undoubtedly small initiatives that will be done

other times will give the jump and will go so far as to turn into one of
the big managerial groups of his sector.

Also we take time reading that to be able to gestate,
to mature and to make to detach our project in Internet,
we need to return at the beginning of the times of the management
managerial, to be professionals of our sector or but
to surround ourselves with the above mentioned professionals, to begin relations with
the sectorial confederacies, the associations
managerial, chambers of commerce, foundations, etc.
More that that one is never in force of "shoemaker to your
shoes", it does not cost to have an idea, but also to know
sector, his characteristics, the behavior of the market,
the existing companies, the tendency of the consumers,
to analyze his needs, they sounds to something the plan of
business, business plan or business plan, is necessary
to plan and to analyze what it surrounds to our managerial project.

And that to say about a coherent execution, the management of the box
it becomes so important as it it has been always, to analyze
destination of every peseta or of every euro, in games that
allow us to increase the possibility of obtaining benefits,
we cannot allow ourselves the luxury of looking for another type of targets

financial discipline triumphs again, assumes the form risk

Recently in a few days the case is mentioned of
a company that began working in April, 2000 and
hill in August of the same year, and that that they were arranging of more
of 100 million pesetas obtained in the first one
financing round, they spent all the money on obtaining
the values that were fashionable at the beginning of the explosion
of Internet, publicity, image of mark, etc. and they were stopping
fundamental aspects of the company to the margin, only
they were selling smoke, since there was nothing solid behind, it does
time that we know this type of strategies how they finish.

And after all this that was happening with the new economy,
perhaps turn the ancient economy, or the fact is that only one exists
economy, with a few rules that govern it and the one who fulfills them

Article 2: "How to edit an electronic bulletin?" (and 2nd part)

We continue with the report initiated last month in which
we already treat the first 7 paragraphs between which we were including,
the contents, the format or the edition. Next we complete
the last 3 topics: the Politics for with the subscribers,
management of the list and the promotion of the bulletin. If you begin in absence
some paragraph, I invite you to communicate it to myself and, if I have of
information about it, I can provide it to you in a next one
number. We go there!


8) POLITICS FOR WITH THE SUBSCRIBERS

TIPS FOR WEB DESIGN

It is almost sure that one day we have faced to
to design a web page. Our profession may not have
nothing to see with the graphic design, but the disadvantage
of facing a white sheet with a proper creation
it is, the less, unavoidable for anyone of that
we interfere in the Network. Since we do so that
our page, or our place, is attractive, selling,
rapid of going down, attraction, and more attractive? So,
basically, everything is a question of trying, trying, trying:
To be wrong, to be an onlooker and to make use of the network to see examples

Yesterday evening on having been check my e-mails, and due to
something that in a moment I am going to comment to them, he was thinking that still
and when the life is wonderful, there are always certain things
against that we have to fight with serenity not to fall down
in negative attitudes, attitudes that can go in ours
against and to darken the good of the things. For it we have that
to have the feet well reached on the ground and to see the best form of
to confront the problems to give them the correct solution.

At present we see it in our everyday life, see it in
the big cities with the smog, the insecurity, the absence of
values and of universal beginning with which many people
it acts, as if every time feeling was colder and insensitive
human being...

Well, although a popular adagio says that "they were never
good the comparisons", today I want to do a few and
I believe that in this case it justifies itself and justifies itself very well.

As he was commenting, on having been check my post office, I was
again with big quantity of the same way cybernetic garbage,
how it happens day by day, after day, after day and on having felt again
the annoying thing that proves to have to support the powerlessness and
inability to bring such a spamers quantity, I remained
thinking that also in the non-cybernetic life there is times
that feels certain frustration grade when there are things
difficult to control and that can throw you to lose what is
agreeable, if you do not take it with philosophy.

This made me remember that when I have gone to meals in places
opened be already in the field, some ranch (with cows and quite)
or simply in the garden of some house, there has been times
that on having been eat the delicacies of the Mexican meal or
Spaniard (I am lover of both) and being in agreeable
coexistence with the friends and relatives, suddenly...: what this is!
not neither one nor two begin coming... several flies that for more
that you treat of "frightening them" with the hand, settle in your plate,
in your soup, in your bread, in your hand and if you are careless: even in
your nose!, especially when you have both busy hands
and you cannot wave any to defend yourself. I have to confess
that once almost I ate up one that I settle in my creme caramel and not
I saw it on having remained beaten there.

Of good form and trying not to reflect in the face the words
that you think on the family of the flies, more that you do
it is to move the hand and arm up and down with certain secretiveness and
without big gesture and sometimes, for trying to control where
they are posing, you even lose attention to the conversation, what can

bugs are a real inconvenience and that I hope and there was form

of getting rid of them.

want... there they continue and reproduce like: FLIES!

Imagine that already up to one of my post office and (of Hotmail) not
"Block Senders" accepts me more since the capacity filled already
that offer you, with what I have not left other one that to erase and to erase.

Ah! But that such the spamers put to you even under his
written a few impressive rolls of which "in accordance with
so-and-so articulated and sutano of not what, if you include in your "email garbage"
an option to resign of the list, is not considered to be Spam".
They will be cynical!. I imagine that if the flies could speak

transfer or sticker as it is said in Spain. The truth is that
it would be a pleasure against the Spam: do not create it this way?

In this comparison, I thought as well as the poor flies
salt cattle, since my inconvenience against them limits itself
only like molestas that are, why I know perfectly that
they are necessary and completely charitable for the echo system.

From here, several questions came to the head:

Are the Spamers charitable for the cyber-system?
Surely not, they yes are really a plague that exists
that to exterminate...: there will not be any cyber-frog that
be able to eat?

Do they gain a lot of money with these "skills"?
Skylight that not!. I am sure that the flies extract more
profit to his "invasion".

Do they direct his efforts to the correct market?
Neither. They bother to half a world, which in almost 100 % not
they are interested in the most minimal thing in his offer (not in none
different done this way) and they erase the messages before reading them.
The flies yes, so mostly they invade when they smell
meal (his target market).

Do they use the head to obtain the best results?
NO. They are supported in the same pseudo-strategy level. In this one

they use and the flies... not.


Is there any type of "Spamicida" to exterminate them?
I would say that IF. We are all the civilized Net users,

that to accept that although it exists big seemed between the flies

the comparisons" especially for the poor flies.

Article 2: "How to edit an electronic bulletin?"
(1st part)

Since we have already commented in diverse occasions, a bulletin is
the most powerful fidelización tool and, therefore, of
generation of business. For the importance of the topic as well as
